You’re never fully dressed without a smile
Today’s post is sponsored by Tung Brushes. All opinions are my own.
When you ask someone what’s the first thing they notice about a person, a lot of them will say their smile, right? My teeth have always been something I’ve taken pride in and something I’ve worked very hard at keeping healthy. In 7th grade I was forced to get braces and a headgear. Hello Jan Brady (and if you don’t know what I’m talking about then I’m seriously old…). Once all of that was done and over with (two years later), I received a retainer and had a permanent one placed on my bottom teeth. Which I then complained about and had removed because “I was over it” and now, I’m kicking myself in the pants for. Oh teenage Sam, you were a real pistol…
I’ve also had my teeth professionally whitened with trays, used whitening strips, whitening toothpaste. You name it, I’ve used it. I think you get the point, right? But you know one thing I never thought of? Something that goes hand-in-hand with nice teeth? A clean tongue! Which is where the TUNG Brush and Gel come in handy. Before you call me crazy, let me explain..
Bad-breath causing bacteria live in the back of your tongue. So even when you’re brushing, you’re not completely eliminating it. Kind of just masking it for the time being. The TUNG gel formula contains Zinc Oxide to neutralize the gases given off by the bacteria. It doesn’t contain anti-bacterial because some bacteria is normal and needed. The brush is also more helpful than mouthwash because it breaks through the coating.
The TUNG brushes and gel pictured in this bundle are only $19.99 for everything! I know this might sound weird but I think these would make a great stocking stuffer. Taking care of your teeth and mouth is so important and why wouldn’t you want to take that extra step to prevent bad breath!?

8 years agoQuick heads-up!
Hi Samantha… those fabulous photos you shot and included in this post don’t seem to be loading up this morning. Just wanted to let you know!
We’re planning some promotion of your post, so if it isn’t too much trouble, can you let me know when they’re working again?
Thanks!
Samantha

8 years agoYikes! Sorry to hear about the difficulties. Just read some of the details on Facebook about the attack your site has been under. What a bummer! We’ve been through it, so I completely understand what an enormous pain this can be.
Hope you get it all wrapped up quickly for your sake! It’s certainly looking good at the moment.
Cheers!

8 years agoI agree that these brushes would be a great stocking stuffer. I’m sure my boys would both be a bit excited to find these in their stockings. They both like taking good care of their teeth, especially after my oldest had 3 cavities last year!

8 years agoThis is very interesting! I have never heard (or even really thought of) a tongue brush and paste – but it makes so much sense. I can just imagine how much more fresh your mouth would feel – I think hubby is getting one as a stocking stuffer as per your suggestion! 😉

8 years agoInteresting about the tongue brushing. I never feel fully clean without brushing my tongue. I used to hate it, now I cannot go without.

8 years agoWe usually give toothbrushes in the stockings so this is a good idea too. I have never had one but I always make sure to brush my tongue so this product would help.

8 years agoI had the feeling of brushing my tongue but I don’t feel like my mouth has been properly cleaned without it so I will totally need to try this out. People forget about brushing their tongues so this is cool.

8 years agoI agree – these would make great stocking stuffers for my six kids! Oral hygiene is important and I don’t think my adult kids would spend their money on these. So I guess that I will.
