Choco Almond Popcorn Balls
People, these were absolutely delicious. The perfect combo of salty and sweet and the perfect sweet tooth fix after dinner! If you follow the recipe above, you will end up with a billion popcorn balls. And as I observed, they are best when served immediately or that evening (they seemed to get a little soggy as time went on), so perhaps cutting the recipe in half would suffice if it’s just you and your fam. Or if you’re throwing a pillow fort party, the recipe above would be the way to go!
Also, the original recipe I found suggested using a dutch oven and that would have been a lot easier! But I didn’t have one so I used the next best thing. A skillet made it a little harder but it can be done.
