My 1st Stitch Fix Experience

Y’all know I’ve always been honest around these parts, right? This is not a sponsored post but even when posts are sponsored, they’re honest. And if they don’t want me to be honest, I don’t share it with you.

So today’s post is going to be really honest.

I’m sure you’ve seen Stitch Fix floating around the interwebz. Pay $20, get a box of 5 items sent to you, keep what you want and send back what you don’t. The $20 gets credited to any pieces you keep and if you buy all 5 pieces, you get 25% off the total too. Sounds great, right?

To be honest, I wasn’t impressed. The pieces that were selected for me weren’t necessarily my type and they were WAY overpriced. I’m sorry but I would never pay $78 for a pair of jeans or $68 for a maxi dress. Not in this mama’s budget. So out of the 5 pieces I received, I wanted to keep one because I didn’t want to lose the $20. I was back and forth between the bag and the maxi but the bag seemed more justifiable.

I’m willing to give it a second try and see what it’s all about, because I’ve always seen really great pieces when other people have shared their fixes. So tell me, if you’ve ordered Stitch Fix before, what do you think?
