Look at that little leg kick up there! Soccer player or ballerina??

Another week, another bumpdate. I swear I’ve been pregnant forever because I’ve known since I was 3 weeks. But nope, only at 11 here. How much longer??

Anyways, here’s what’s been going on this week:

How far along: 11 weeks + 4 days

Size of baby: Lime

Baby’s size and weight: 1.61 inches and 0.25 ounces.

My total weight gain: 8 pounds

Baby’s development:

Moving like crazy (but can’t feel it… I did see it on the ultrasound though!)

Skin is still see through (weird) but looks more like a baby now.

Fingers and toes are no longer webbed.

Stretch marks: None.

Maternity clothes: This may be TMI but I’ve had to bust into some maternity bras because these things are huge. I had a big chest to begin with but this is out of control. And I am so uncomfortable in any bra to be honest. I also ordered some maternity clothes from Pink Blush Maternity last week and I’ve been wearing these tops religiously. They’re super comfortable and are honestly good for pregnant or non-pregnant women. These Dolman tops are one of my faves because they don’t hug you in the wrong places, give you room, but also don’t make you look like a house. Win win!

Gender: I KNOW. I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW. We had discussed finding out but keeping it a secret from everyone else but I don’t think we’re going to be able to do that. The kids want to know and I know once we tell them, we might as well tell the world. Worst secret keepers ever. But then again, so am I. I want to scream it from the rooftops. So give me some time… I’m sure you’ll all know very soon.

How do I know so early? I’m working on a collaboration with Sneak Peek Test and I was able to find out through an at-home blood test. More to come on that later but if you were curious, now you know!

Movement: Not yet.

Sleep: I wasn’t sleeping very well so I have been taking Unisom the past few nights. I’m still getting up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times a night (so annoying) but the Unisom helps me fall back asleep and not lay there for hours on end.

What I miss: being able to wear a regular bra comfortably (I’ve been living in these). Sleep. Wine lol

Food cravings: I haven’t really craved anything crazy, just when I want something, I want it that very second.

Symptoms: Boobs are sore and huge, headaches (bad and frequent), extreme thirst, exhaustion. I’ve been more tired the past two weeks than I was in the beginning.

The siblings are: dying to know if they’re getting a brother or sister. They keep changing their mind on what they want it to be. I just hope no one is disappointed! I know they’ll get over it quickly but I can’t help but think one of them might be happier than the other.

High of the week: Getting to see baby and hearing the heartbeat for the first time! Definitely made things more real.

Low of the week: The boob situation.. seriously, so uncomfortable.

I have a doctors appointment today and then not much else going on this weekend! I’ll most likely be cleaning out my closet room and making way for the nursery (eventually). Which may mean a closet clean out! Be sure you’re following along on Insta in case I decide to purge 🙂

Have a great weekend babes! xo

Want to know what to expect when you're 11 weeks pregnant? Here's my 11 week bumpdate!

Congrats on the new baby! I’ve been following along on Insta, but it’s been awhile since I’ve read the blog. Can’t wait to hear what you’re having! Have an amazing weekend!

I shamelessly love bumpdates. So excited for you! We also found out super early and it felt like I was pregnant for so long before sharing it with anyone. If you’re looking for a good comfy bra, I have three of the lace bralettes from motherhood maternity. They are super cute (and don’t look like nursing bras, but they are) and the lace isn’t itchy. Not much support but I love them and they feel kind of trendy (I wanted that free people bralette everyone had but it just wasn’t nursing friendly).

Girl you have no idea how excited I am for you!! And I love bumpdates so I’ll be sure to read every single one 🙂

I appreciate that more than you know! And thank you!! Those are way more popular than I would have thought they’d be! haha
