Skinny Frozen Hot Chocolate
This week I made my Sweet’N Low Skinny Frozen Hot Chocolate as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #SweetNLowStars
I’ve been craving hot chocolate recently, but since it’s still like 90 degrees most of the day here, it’s just not going to cut it for me. So how do we solve that problem? Frozen hot chocolate. Bingo.
This quick and easy treat is sure to make everyone happy; it’s also low in calories and we all know that’s a wonderful thing considering the holidays are upon us. Anyone else put on a “winter coat”… like an extra 15 pounds winter coat? Okay, just me… moving on..
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
5 packets Sweet’N Low
1 cup soy milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
Handful of ice cubs
Chocolate chips (optional)
Blend together. Garnish with chocolate chips and extra cocoa powder. And that’s it. I’m telling you, my two year old could handle making this…
If you’re not worried about calories, you could always add whip cream on top. But for the sake of fitting in the jeans I just ordered, I skipped it. A little peppermint extract would be delicious in there too. Adding that to the shopping list for next time!
