Sears Style: Affordable Fashion for fall

I have an obsession with jeans; like an unhealthy obsession. Since jeans are such a staple item, I often find myself buying multiple pairs each fall and never getting rid of the old ones! Unless there are holes or tears, jeans seem to be one of the few things that last from season to season. Although I’m a sucker for jeans, I’m more of a sucker for affordable fashion and staying within my budget.
I branched out a little this past year when it came to the colored jeans trend, but I never gave prints a try…until now! Word on the street was the Sears had a fabulous selection of jeans for back-to-school shopping and I had to go check out the scene for myself.

Sears isn’t the first place that comes to mind when I’m jean shopping but wow did they surprise me! I had no idea the Kardashian collection was sold there, which obviously is a brand I trust when it comes to style. I was also shocked at all of the sales going on; so many of their jeans were $20 or less… can’t beat that!

I spotted this adorable pair of printed denim and thought they would be perfect for fall. I tend to stick to blue denim and really wanted to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone.  I loved the colors and I loved the hint of stretch in them that wasn’t evident unless you were wearing them.
I don’t really consider myself to have a certain style; I wear what I think looks good and what feels good. And most importantly? I keep myself on a budget and am always on the hunt for affordable fashion. Sears style had all of these requirements and here’s how I styled this particular pair!
I styled the jeans a few different ways because I couldn’t decide on just one look! I think my favorite look was an evening look; paired with a black blazer, black heels, and a pink statement necklace. I also wore the jeans with a magenta shirt and also tried it with navy. The pants had so many different colors in them that they could have been paired with a ton of different solid colored tops.
Best part? They were on sale for $34.99! I honestly think I selected the most expensive pair in the store; everything else was WAY cheaper! But I really liked them and knew I would get a lot of use out of them this fall.
I also loved the Shop Your Way program at Sears; they looked up the email address associated with my account and I earned rewards towards future purchases. They also sent the receipt straight to my email… talk about convenient. I can’t ever lose a receipt again!
Have you shopped at Sears for jeans? If not, I highly suggest you take a look at their selection of affordable fashion pieces and see if you can get us lucky as I did!
