Although I am an intense planner, I’m also a rash decision maker. I decided I needed to start a new project late last night; I was going to make my dining room into a playroom, and it needed to be done right then and there.
This wouldn’t have been a big deal except for the fact that it involved rearranging 3 rooms to make it happen. Long story short, this is why the recipe from last night has not been posted yet. But here it is!
Unfortunately, the only picture I have is the pizza after it was done. My husband was so excited to get it on the grill and in his mouth that he missed the picture taking memo. It’s pretty self explanatory though!
I cooked the chicken ahead of time, as well as the pizza crust, so it really didn’t take too long at all. And it’s super easy, perfect for a Friday night meal 🙂
Only recommendation I would make is really watch the bottom of the pizza; we completely charred it the last time we made it because we followed directions and it was too long. Every grill is different so just be sure to watch closely!
Personally, I think it tastes just as good as California Pizza Kitchen’s and according to the original source, it is way healthier and cheaper! The supermarket was out of wheat crust but that’s what I used last time and it tasted just as great, if not better than the regular crust. Bon appetite!
